并参照国内外同类产品的波形,管直径小于1.5m的波距为125mm,波高为25mm;管直径大于1.5m的波距为200mm,波高为55mm。波纹为圆形全体管,选用整管节拼装、法兰螺栓衔接。全体管衔接法兰选用角钢、钢板制造,波纹板焊接选用对焊接头。
紧固件选用国标中的规范紧固件,其强度和规格应满意力学要求,且不低于管材强度要求。垫片与紧固件般配。螺栓与螺母均选用热浸镀锌处理。密封材料选用耐久性能较好的橡胶密封圈或方形石棉盘根密封条。
钢波纹管涵加工后须选用热镀锌等防腐处理。选用镀锌钢板加工的,在加工后进行二次处理。为便于钢板的加工制造,结构的装置衔接,进步钢板的制造精度,板材的尺寸宜适应不同管径的需求,以形成系列化。板的厚度随结构跨径的巨细变化,钢板厚可选用2.5-8mm。管壁及配套附件均经过热浸镀锌处理,其镀锌层的平均厚度大于84um.涵管运至施工现场后,工地现场涂刷两边沥青。http://www.hshaowei.com/
